I am just starting this thing tomorrow. I accidently bought the wrong book. It is the cookbook which only gives a resume of the system. Can I manage with this do you think as I do not really want to have to go out and buy another book.

Hi Miffin,

There is a lot of crucial information in the New Diet Revolution book that you will be missing if you dont buy and read it. The cookbook will help you to expand your food selections, but the other book is filled with colossal advice you can ' t get anywhere else. It ' s worth the $5 - less than a fast food lunch!

Thanks, I thought that might be the answer. I will get it. However, I am in England, we get ripped off for everything. The price of the book here is about equivalent to $12 of your dollars.

Miffin - have you tried the website? there are many articles with many links, so it takes forever to get through them - - but the information is there and quite thorough. It also has carb listings and a list of allowable Induction foods. try it www. atkinscenter. com

Good luck!

I initially borrowed the book from a friend ( 2 week loan ) but decided to buy it when I saw it in a Bargain book stall for £4. 99 ( usually £7. 99 ).

A book you need to keep to hand for the words of wisdom.
