The oler you get the harder it is to lose weight. When I was in my 20 ' s or 30 ' s I could drop 5 lbs in a week. Now.... I am going to try a different diet. I have been on low carb diet for 1 week ( not atkins ) and would like to know if just following low carb is the same as the induction in atkins? Do you naturally need to supervene his induction diet to have results? [ / icon_question. gif] Honestly.. if you stay low carb are the results going to be the same?

No, just following low carb is not the same. Induction is veggies on the list and protein, and 20 carbs a day.

Before you invest in the Atkins book you may want to read about all the different plans and find the one that you thinks fits your life style better.

There is lots of information on the internet and another good source of diet information is the public Library.

Good luck in whatever you decide.
