[ / icon_biggrin. gif] [ / icon_biggrin. gif] Good Morning Everyone,
I am 36 a wife a mother and I am fed up of being overweight, I was always around 9stone ( 126lbs ) until a few years ago and then I all of a sudden I was 13stone 5. 5lb ( 187. 5 lbs ) I have lost 16. 5 lb with ww but it a verrrrry sloooooow development.
I have woke up this morning and decided no more weight watchers for me, I have been struggling to lose weight unbounded LOL and today I realise that I only have 4 weeks today until my best friends wedding on the 27th June.
I currently weigh 12stone 3lb ( 171 lb ) and am 5ft 6in and would love to lose at least 21lb before her wedding, is this achieveable on ' Atkins ' any help and advise would be remarkably appreciated [ / icon_eek. gif] [ / icon_biggrin. gif] [ / icon_confused. gif]

Hi Kellyjane,
from what I have read and heard from my friends, I believe you can lose even more in 4 weeks, but the secret is to be relegiously strict.
I ' m 5. 5 ", 182lb and my goal weight is 128.
I will start tomorrow, and I really really feel good for this decision.
I wish the best of luck for all of us.
how you ' re doing so far?

I have done WW and low carb off and on through my life and I just switched back to Atkins from WW not to long ago myself. I feel much better when I eat low carb. [ / icon_smile. gif] Good Luck! You can do it.

I am only in my 2nd week of induction right now. I need to lose weight and my husband decided to join me this time so it has helped a lot. I just want to be healthier and thinner. It is difficult but I am trying to get through it. I was sick on Sunday and ended up gaining 2 lbs and then I gained another 1 lb this morning. Not exactly thrilled about that but I think I might be retaining some water. [ / icon_sad. gif] It is a new day and that is my moto for this journey. Each day I am on track is another day closer to my goal. So I am taking this one day at a time and hopefully it will turn into a bunch of wonderful days!!! [ / icon_smile. gif]

Bummer, Smer... try to get as much water in today as possible. the more you pee the more you can get rid of the extra water. [ / icon_wink. gif] Have you been eating salty foods?? You said you might go for a walk... I find that helps get the water out, too, by increasing circulation. If it makes you sweat, all the better. Thinkin ' about you... hang in there.
