Been in a stall the last couple of weeks and decided to go back into induction but with a twist.
Doing the normal induction stuff but also taking in protein shakes because I do a LOT of weight lifting now and I need the protein to habitus muscle to burn more calories. I found that these protein shakes are fully handy.
I dont need to eat more meat / fish / chicken to get my protein for the day.
1 serving would give me 26g of protein and it has a lot less calories than eating a bigger peice of steak or fish just to get the same amount of protein I need. ( I know we ' re not supposed to count calories but a effortless detail is that if you burn more calories than what you ' re taking in you lose weight and if you eat more calories than you burn, you gain weight. )
The shakes fills you up nicely too. Along with my veggies, I ' m constantly decreasing the size of the meat / fish in my meals. And also, instead of drinking bland water - you get to drink a nice chocolaty shake with a meal.
I ' m just babbling on with no real point.
BTW I ' m out of the rut and lost 5 pounds the past 2 weeks.

If you are adding muscle, it can " hide " some of the weight ( fat ) loss.

I ' m pretty sure I ' ve been adding muscle during my " stall " because I ' ve been getting stronger. Just wanted to accelerate the fat loss a bit more.
I just thought this thing can help people also doing some weight lifting to control their eating.

I believe that exercise of any kind that one wants to do daily is about the best way to succeed at dieting. There is something addictive about it that makes you crave it instead of food. I simple do not want to miss my daily exercise. Keep it up. I ' ll bet you will be burning off fat like an oil well fire.
Good Luck! [ / icon_smile. gif]
