I ' m wondering if it ' s ok to eat 3 cups of veggies and no salad? I love veggies and salad but 1 cup of veggies everyday is kinda hard to do everyday. Would that mess up my carb count for the day? I ' m still on the 20 carbs a day thing.

Eat the vegetables and / or the salad. Just be sure to account for all the carbs. The three cups idea is just a good guideline to start with. Once you know how to count the carbs for various foods you can branch out and eat more of what you want within the acceptable foods. You might notice that Dr. Atkins included a substantial list of vegetables available for induction. Just be natural and moderate with everything and you should be fine.
