A lot of people say the Atkins bars stalls weight loss. That could definitely be what is happening. And the baby corn is a no - no too. In reality, any corn is. Not sure what a courgette is.

Ok, so no corn and courgette is a zuchini and no more bars either.
The courgette and corn intake wasnt even a 1 / 4 of a cup..
But is the rest of the diet ok?

We call courgettes zuchinni, Barb.
Things I would do:
Drop the bars ( truth in advertising issue ).
No corn, no peas ( except the pod kind ).
You don ' t list amounts so it ' s hard to know if you ' re over eating... and it ' s hard to know if you ' re getting too many carbs. Tomatoes are on the high side for carbs... how many / much are you eating? I see them at almost every meal.
Less cheese maybe... again, w / o amounts it ' s hard to know. But cheese is limited to no more than 4 oz a day.
Ham, cheese, bacon, canned tuna, canned veggies ( if yours are ), pork injected with a broth and sausage are loaded with sodium. Maybe you ' re retaining water?
Also... you haven ' t mentioned your weight loss goals. If you only have a little to lose, it doesn ' t work like it does for someone with a lot to lose. It ' s slow once you get down to less than 15 or 20#.

Hi,
I eat no more than 1 tomato with my salad, no more than 1 0z of cheese and veg - 1 cup of everything. For breakfast, 2 rashers of bacon or 1 sausage - otherwise everything else is fresh.
I am 30
5 ' 3
159 pounds
Started back at the gym - drink lots of water and want to get to 135 lbs.

Hmm... forget the scale for a sec.... how do your clothes feel on your body? How do YOU feel?
Overall, the diet seems fine. Make sure to drink plenty of water to keep hydrated, especially as you are hitting the gym.
Patience, my dear. You didn ' t gain all the weight in a week. [ / icon_cool. gif]

Hi,
Forgot to mention that i havent really been able to ' go ' as regulary as i normally would - ive even started to take fibresure - which gives you more fibre - but nothing - i know that this can impact on weight loss.
So, out have gone the bars and as i have been on the road today - all i have managed is a slice of ham and a slice of cheese and have salmon, broccoli and green beans to look forward to. I guess i have totally gone off food [ / icon_sad. gif]
