check the low carb cheesecake ( if thats your thing ) that i recently posted under recipes.
failing that, i go for decaf coffee with heavy / double cream, splenda and cinnamon. [ / icon_cool. gif]

Thanks. That looks delicious. Wow only 20 carbs. I ' m going to try it out today if I can get to the store. Hopefully I won ' t eat the whole thing [ / icon_lol. gif] I really wanted to wait till the end of Induction but I can ' t.

I personally use coffee as a dessert but jello is always a good dessert.

Not a coffee person at all. Jello sounds good though I ' m 100 % it has to be sugar free.
