Great Start! I would recommend though that you might want to add about five carbs or so and come up to 25 per day. Eat a few nuts sometimes. They are healthy and satisfying. You will need eventually to prevent diet boredom and stress. Having just a few more carbs, and some nuts occasionally will help a lot.
Eat most of your carbs from vegetables. Then you can eat enough to be satisfied and not be overeating what you burn. I buy that there is no immediate need to start that upward trend in carbs until you are much closer to your goal. That ' s what I am doing; keeping the carbs low, as well as the food volume. Please continue to keep us updated on your success!
Good Luck! [ / icon_smile. gif]

Hi! Welcome to the gang. Your results on Atkins are great with one " glaring " exception. Your avatar shows that Atkins has apparently done something horrible to your eyes, better get that checked right away!
