How have you been? how many lbs or kilos down? close to goal? misbehaving or on track?

I ' m on OWL. I ' ve added almost everything on the ladder but not the whole grains yet. I don ' t know what to eat on that rung, everything seems very high in carbs. I ' m enjoying nuts at the time.

I ate whatever ( and everything ) I wanted day before yesterday so I actually started at 155. 5, But scale said back to 154. 5 this am. So I could count it as a lb lost but I think it was just fluxuation. I ' m glad to be back every1
