I am on my first day of induction. I have always been against this kind of diet, but, * sigh * - I ' ve heard it works so I am going to try it. I was curious if a lad of lemon juice ( the kind they sell in a little bottle that looks like a lemon ) in some water counts as 1 carb? There are no listings on the label.
Thanks.

A tablespoon of lemon juice is 1. 3 net carbs. So I don ' t think you would ever need to worry about a spritz of it here and there. Just add a carb to your daily total if you use it. I think it an aabsolute necessity for fish myself.
Good Luck! [ / icon_smile. gif]

hello bluextacie,
a squirt of lemon is harmless, neverthless i would suggest you to use a freshly cut lemon instead of the bottled preserved lemon juice available in stores.
