Mmmmm. Just picked up the new caramel and mocha latte shakes and they are delicious and have that coffee / frappucino flavor [ / icon_smile. gif]

I haven ' t tried those flavors, just the chocolate.
Be careful of the Atkins shakes on Induction. Don ' t overdo them. They can be ok once in a while, but if you stop losing weight, they may be one of the first things you should eliminate from your diet.

i know.. they can be addicting lol - is there a reason why the shakes may cause stalls? they have no sugar alcohols in it and 1 carb sugar and 2 net carbs total. thanks!!
