I got through induction w / o cheating!! yay me! [ / icon_biggrin. gif] I lost 6 lbs and now my clothes feel much better. I only want to lose 8 more lbs, should I continue with induction since things slow down now, or should I start adding other things? Any suggestions on what to add? More veg. etc? Thanks

Congratulations!
I suggest that since you are within eight pounds of your goal, you like now move to the OWL stage. You will be adding 5 carbs per week, going up the carb ladder. Stay in OWL until you are within 5 lbs of your goal ( It may be only a week or two at the rate you are going! ) Then go the the pre - maintenance stage, adding ten carbs per week.
The idea is to gradually increase your carb count, slow your weight loss, and get to the point where you are eating the foods you want to eat for the rest of your life.

Thank you so much! I know I dont have alot to lose like some people but I want to get as healthy as I can and this WOE makes me feel so good! I love it!
