I have no energy recently because I have been eating a lot of sugary snacks, sandwiches, coke... I hate my body right now [ / icon_cry. gif]
Please give me some support so that I can get back on track again.

Emma - welcome back! I too can relate to what happened to you because a few month back i started atkins, did so well, and then fell into the carb trap.. now i am back and have been doing it for a week and a few days and doing great.. its purely fine to make mistakes finally.. only as long as we learn from them.. i sure did.. i ended up gaining 20 lbs in the course of maybe 3 months when i messed up before.. so 6 lbs ain ' t so bad [ / icon_wink. gif] but we ' re here for you!
Best Wishes!

Thanks for your reply. I started this morning, I had chicken salad for breakfast and I already feel better about myself. I hope I can stick to it. Do you have any ideas for breakfast as I get so bored of eating eggs every morning.

Emma you have to make your success. You must really want to lose that weight and then do the things that make it happen.
You are still focused on food, as comfort and reward. That is a difficult prison to escape from. But you must find something to replace food so that you are not always thinking about it and wanting it to please yourself.
If you will get started in some kind of vigorous exercise plan, the more vigorous that your age, health and doctor allow, that can be the replacement that you need. Exercise is addictive.
You need to first make the commitment to yourself that you need to lose weight. Then spend some time every day, looking in the mirror until you can admit to what you really look like, not what you want to see. Whenever you feel like eating something, look in that mirror first. If you decide to eat something that you shouldn ' t, do it in front of the mirror.
What you need is to really force yourself to do the first three weeks of Atkins with the total strictness that Induction requires. Then, once you see your success in losing some weight, and your physical cravings are starting to diminish, you will find it a lot easier to stick to the plan.
Isn ' t your health, appearance and social life worth that much time?
Good Luck! [ / icon_smile. gif]
