I had an awful day. I was late to work.. forgot my lunch, ended up snacking on saltines which lead to a granola bar.. then vanilla wafers!!! On top of that my son got sick and [ / icon_puke_l. gif]d in the car everywhere: ( So Here ' s my question.. my cravings for carbs are at an all time high. Should I just eat them and start fresh tomorrow? Ive been doing Atkins for almost 8 weeks no slip ups or cheating till today...

No, the best move is to stop eating carbs, especially not empty carbs. Have a good healthy dinner; it will fill you up much better and make you feel less authoritative tomorrow than if you do a full fledged blow out.

Thanks a million: ) I just had no bread french toast w / sugar free syrup. It helped. Went to the gym as well.

Yes - stress and not having good food at hand are often the combo that leads me to eat the wrong things.
It is so important to plan ahead and eat before you are starving.

It is snacking on easy & ' tasty ' stuff ' that makes this diet sometimes very difficult to stick with for the long term.
I sometimes forget to get my ' on the hoof eating low carb snacks ready ', that makes me go to easy high carb snacks when I get hungry.
I travel around the UK a lot, & it is so easy to not bother to get things prepared for the days ahead, & that is when I fail totally.
However, I always look back on my total failures, & try to make things easier & better for next time.
I have lost 24lbs in 6 weeks, but I know it could have been better.
