If we are eating below 20 carbs a day and a pack of sunflower seeds says 4 carbs and 2 grams of fiber which means there is only 2 net carbs in the pack of seeds, what ' s wrong with eating them during induction? has anyone had a problem losing while eating these on induction?

You can eat sunflower seeds once you ' re through Induction, when you get to the seeds and nuts rung of the carbohydrate ladder.
The rules for Induction are very strict. They are designed to change your metabolism from carbohydrate - burning to fat - burning. That ' s a big change and requires drastic action. That ' s why your carbs are going to come from very low - carb vegetables, not seeds, nuts, fruit, or anything that has more concentrated carbs.
Hang in there, get through Induction, eating only the foods on the Acceptable Foods for Induction list. Once you ' re into the OWL stage, you can add a lot of different things to your diet, but gradually.
