stupid question may be
but if i weight 1oz of chicken when its raw then i get only 1 cube. lol
that can ' t be right?
when he says in his book an ounce of meat etc its cooked meat right? [ / icon_eek. gif]

It doesn ' t matter - it has no carbs, so you can essentially have as much as you want...
