Has anyone ever heard of Viva Low Carb Superstore? I found it online, and they claim to have zero carb bread & buns made from flaxseed. Thinking about having them keel me some, but wanted to find our if anyone had tried it yet.

I went to the site. I wish they would show the nutritional information. It says all the carbs are fiber so zero net carb.

Check the serving size...
Zero carb is impossible - they have to put SOMETHING in those buns, they are not made of air and water. Flax has 2. 5 net carbs per cup, eggs have carbs etc.
Having said that, it is probably a VERY good product ( carb - wise, no idea about the taste ), flax is very, very healthy and better than most flour replacements. I just tend to mistrust companies which try to cheat on their information, even a little bit. So before you buy, I ' d check the ingredient list very carefully ( what if their products are loaded with maltitol? Or other carbs which " don ' t count " for manufacturers, but do count for eaters? )
