If this works out for other people I think a daily check in would be great for everyone to just say how they did either that day or the day becore ( depending on the time that you check in ).
I had an ok day eating yesterday. Everything is on track to eat good today. I also went to the gym this am and did 450cal on the tradmill. That felt pretty good. If I can get a babysitter I ' m going to go back this afternoon to lift weights. I had 2 eggs as soon as I got back I ' ve had 1 / 4 of a low carb bar ( its all I had with me ) that should amount to about 2carbs ( the whole bar is 6 carbs ). For lunch I ' m going to have Tuna on a salad. I ' m doing burned chicken & green beans for dinner. So It should be a good day all around.

Hi, num1shorty,
I ' m doing ok. I ' ve been eating out too much and not getting enough exercise, so the weight loss is slowing down. Yesterday I ate out for lunch and dinner. I had a salad both times, but I have less control over the ingredients when I eat out.
This morning I had 3 oz of chicken breast and 1 T. almond butter for breakfast. I had roast beef and broccoli for lunch. I ' m also drinking a concoction of matcha green tea with lemon juice, splenda, and Benefiber. It looks like pond scum, but tastes like strong iced tea. It ' s supposed to be very healthy and encourages weight loss. 1 carb for the Splenda and 2 carbs for the lemon juice.
