Please post your eternal menu - what do you eat with each meal, any snacks, water, drinks, chewing gum, medication - maybe we find something you could change. Without precise information it is difficult to offer any kind of advice.

7 pounds in 14 days and you are concerned?? [ / icon_eek. gif]
Your body is just re - adjusting to the sudden weight change. Give it some time to get used to the change in metabolic rate. It is impossible to continue losing a 1 / 2 pound a day, so re - set your expectations, keep up the good work with the diet and exercise and your journey shall continue, no worries! As said before initial weight loss is has a portion of water weight adjustment. It is perfectly normal to plateau after two weeks. A loss of 2 pounds or so a week is all that is really sustainable. Losing weight is a long term project not a quick fix.
