Hello everyone [ / icon_biggrin. gif]
I have found low carb sugar free sweets on the net, and wondered if it is ok to have these after the induction period or should i watch over clear from all sweetie imitations?......

I would not use these during induction. Try the low carb cheesecake if you want something sweet.

You can use them after induction but they affect people differently so if you want, try them and see how they work for you. If you notice you stop losing, then stop using them. [ / icon_smile. gif]

Thanks for the advise... 2 weeks of induction is almost over [ / icon_biggrin. gif], can ' t wait to introduce 5 extra grams of carb!! I have lost 7 lbs in total.. is this normal?

I don ' t think there ' s any " normal " as far as weight loss goes... that would require comparing results with someone else. You can only do your best. Losing 7# sounds like an excellent result to me, so you must have done a really good job!
When you add those 5 carbs be sure that they come from approved vegetables. That ' s the first thing you add... more veggies.
