That depends. For one thing, you ' re not really on induction dude. You ' re just eating 600 calories.
Some people are affected by artificial sweeteners.. I am not.

have the hamburger, and put the yolks back in your breakfast. Atkins wants the fat so that it can start the proper fat burning way.

Diet sodas are OK - but on top of your water, not instead. Butyou should be careful with Coke - it contains caffeine, and in SOME people it may hinder weightloss.

Use in understanding. The less the better. They add sugar alcohols, which may hinder weightloss. If you have the bad breath problem ( often happens wih ketosis ) you will do much better to chew on real mint and / or parsley sprigs. Parsley kills all breath problems quite effectively. ( works also for garlic breath! )

Instead of the mints, which have sugar alcohols and also fillers which contain carbs... go for the Listerine Breath Strips.
They contain only a very minimal amount of aspartame, and the cinnamon ones use splenda instead of aspartame.

It can, for some people. Same for the aspartame in diet sodas. Some people can have it with no effect whatsoever. If you choose to have caffeine and artificial sweeteners, that ' s ok... just monitor your body ' s response carefully. Stay open to the possibility that it might not be something you can have... so if there ' s a problem, you ' ll recognize it and be willing to cut that out of your diet. Try not to introduce any other new food / drink choices at the same time, that way you ' ll know what ' s causing an issue for sure.
