1 clove = 0. 9 net grams carb
You ' d have to be eating a LOT of garlic for that alone to effect your weight loss.
How many days have you been at the same weight?

Hate to keep telling you this... but that ' s NORMAL. Read the progress journals and you ' ll see that all of us have driver's seat of days where we don ' t lose anything. My longest was 10 days... from day 5 to day 15!! Seriously, this is how you ' re going to lose weight. It will drop... set down for several days... drop again... stay the same... drop... Weight loss is never linear. It doesn ' t keep going down and down and down. Think of it this way, it ' s like climbing down a pile. Sometimes you can just walk down. Sometimes you slide down. Sometimes you have to pick your way down very slowly and carefully. Sometimes, you gotta climb back up and find another way down. And SOMETIMES, you get stuck.
I really think you need to work on not letting the scale dictate your idea of " success ". Keep following the plan, trust it, and let your body have the time it needs to respond to all of this.
You really ARE ok. You ' re not doing anything wrong. OK? [ / icon_smile. gif]

I just don ' t want you to get frustrated and / or disappointed when your weight loss rate is slower than you ' d like... you ' ve added the veggies and water that were missing. You ' re really doing it all the right way. The wt loss will happen, you just need to hang in there for it.
I hope this " reads " ok. I ' m not criticizing you, honest. I wish I could reach out and hug you and say " hold on ", that ' s all.
