Pinkgirl.. Congrats on making the decision to Join the success of Losing.
Would you mind sharing what is your height / weight, wieghtloss goals.
The first 2 weeks I dropped 12lbs. I have been on Atkins for 5 weeks and now have lost 19 lbs. I am 5 ' 4. Started at 180# and my Dream Goal is 110#.
I have been sticking to Induction and Plan to stay on this course til I reach 120 because I tend to succeed when progress is at a steady rate.
