just looking through the progress board i saw i posted in december that i lost 55 pounds since october, then feb. 25 i said 70, now today a month and a half later i am at 73 - 75 or so, pretty much stuck
i have not been doing well on my eating lately, i guess its time to totally rekickstart my diet, i still want to lose another 35 pounds at least,
is starting over with induction just as successfull as the first time often?
i really hope i can get this going again, depressing to think that i could be where i want if i didnt let up on my diet, but i am 260 pounds instead of 335 as i was in october, or 345 last summer

i have been on and off adkins many times for over 10 years my experience has been induction always works if you stick to the book on the induction to the letter. but for example some times when i have restarted after being off the diet for a while i ended up tryed to rush things and start to eat to many carbs before i was really burning fat. so at the time it would seemed induction didnt work as well every time. looking back with what i have learned induction does work the same every time at least for me when i follow the book to the letter. i always stress using keto sticks for verifying you are burning fat and for reassurance what you are doing is paying off the strips don ' t lie. sorry for the tirade, i wish you great success on your weight loss journey. i guess i am going to just have to hit it hard again tomorrow, watching the carbs closely again - i was in the habit of that but started slipping a few months ago because it was going so well, too bad i slipped,
i still feel much better than just last year, 260 is too heavy still at 6 ' 3 " but 345 was crazy, i couldnt even walk to get the mail without breathing so hard it was like i ran 5 miles,11 октября 2008 г.
