I have the book and do not remember if this is anywhere there so I wanted to ask.
Can you stay on induction for months? A year? Are their any health risks for staying with such a low amount of carbs? I seem to do best when fundamentally having none at all.

I remember the yarn I read saying that studies have shown that staying on it for up to 6 months doesn ' t have any adverse effects.
Anyone else wanna weigh in?

I agree, six months is what Dr Atkins said you could do safely on Induction.
But, donjin, you ' re exaggerating when you say no carbs at all right? Be sure you get at least 18 carbs per day. It ' s dangerous to stay below that for any length of time.
