I wouldn ' t think you need more. You ' re already drinking more than twice the recommended amount.

No, you don ' t need to drink more the recommended amount is 64 oz which is approximately 2 liters.
Best of luck.

The rule of [ / icon_thumright. gif] is to drink half of your weight ( in lbs ) in oz or 6 - 8 8 oz glasses of water a day so you are doing fine!!! I wish I could say the same for me. I love water but I don ' t drink a lot in general so I find it hard to get all of my water in, not because I don ' t like it, just because I am not thirtsty!

Yeah. I totally agree. I don ' t have any trouble in drinking loads of water ( I ' m also actually around the 4L ( maybe more ). But I have noticed than when water is cold I drink more of it. I ' m a big Diet Coke drinker, and to reduce it, I started drinking cold water. It worked!

Since beginning induction I ' ve been very thirsty, so drinking water hasn ' t been hard at all... I always take a bottle of water with me whenever I leave the house. If you ' re home and find it hard to drink, try using a straw. I don ' t know why, but for me I can drink a LOT of water with a straw. [ / icon_smile. gif]

4 litres of water is fine, especially if you live in a warm climate and exercise regularly.
