Since day one of this WOE that I started 2 months ago, I ' ve been using Kraft Carb Smart Italian dressing with zero carbs. No net carbs - real no carbs. I compared it with Cesar dressing and it had less salt, less calories and less fat as well. I never thought to ask anything about this dressing but after seeing all the ingredients were safe - I stayed with it. Its the only dressing I like and I was wondering if anyone else uses it and if they saw any problems whatsoever with it.

I use the wishbone carb options one also and love it. I haven ' t tried the kraft one yet but I ' m sure it would be fine. Also haven ' t tried the WaldenFarms one yet but I have used their chocolate sauce and pancake syrup and loved them both. How come everything they make is 0 carbs, 0 calories? What the heck is in the stuff anyway? Just thickened, flavored, colored water? Kinda scary.

I agree with the Walden Farms comment - but darn they are good LOL
I tried the CarbSmart Blue Cheese - it wasn ' t that good - I was surprised. So i switched to a regular blue cheese which is also sero carbs and it was deliecious
The Paul Newman Vinagerette is only 1 carb for 2 T and its DELICIOUS too to give some options [ / icon_smile. gif]

I think that whatever dressing you can find that does not have high carbs and sugar, use it. I use a variety of dressings; most of them from the fresh section in the produce sections of the supermarket. Those Walden Farms dressings are good too. Sometimes I ' ve added a little Splenda when they get too acidic for me.
Good Luck! [ / icon_smile. gif]

Just bought some Kraft low carb - Ranch I think has only. 09 per tbs and made with Splenda.
Love the fresh ones, but I couldn ' t find any sugar free - also, no sugar free mayo!
But my favorite choice is the home vinaigrette - olive oil + vinegar!
