Hi all,
I was checking my menu / food log for the week and it shows I ' m getting
94 - 98 grams a day in protein. Is this too much too little?
I thought I read some were that if you eat too much protein your body will start to use the protein for energy and not the fat.

Your body can turn protein into glucose. It depends on your exercise regimen and your weight. If you are working out heavily you can probably get away with 1. 0 to 1. 5 grams of protein per pound.
