I so want to be able to post on this board and get answers as I am at a stand still after lossing 40 lbs and I dont know what more to do..

OMG its cause I was using my email address in posts when I signed the page.. That It was not letting me post a message.. That is too strange that you cant post your email. Dash.. OK I am in I think.

When I use my AOL web browser, I can ' t always post messages. On internet colonizer I don ' t have those issues.

I use DSL with Dig into.. I have found that I am able to post any messages now as long as I dont post my email or my web address when I finish a post.. That is what was hanging me up.. And what made me find this out was I was posting back to one of the Moderators and I posted my email address so she could contact me and it kicked it back so that is when I know it was that.. That was stoping me..

To post a URL you need to use the special open and then close tags that are shown at the top of the window as you type in the message.
I believe as a security and anti - spam measure, you can not post email addresses here. But you can email someone if they permit it in their profile or just private message them here.
Nice to see that you are now able to post!!!

Thank You for the welcome...
Even if you use the tag lines at the top it will not allow you to post..
From what I see your not able to turn on the HTML which is what allows that to happen...
Owell Thanks again not too important I guess if they need they just have to go to the profile and find it.. LOL..
